Membership runs for 12 months from the date that you join and costs £40 per annum. After you have completed the application form you will be directed to our payment page to settle the annual membership fee. Please select the relevant option:

Previous sessions, which are available to view online, include: Data Protection, Minimum Standards, Fire Certification and Leases. Our sessions are provided by local professionals working in that field;
Committee Members' Support - Benefit from our committee members' in-depth industry knowledge - whether legal, political or experiential, our committee members are all landlords and eager to support our members as much as possible;
Make your voice heard - Our Association is actively involved in lobbying the Jersey Government - As a member, you will help support & change our industry for the better;
Value for money - Our one-off £20 joining fee has been waived for the duration of 2022. JLA membership is a must for any conscientious landlord!
