Breakfast Bites – Public Health and Safety (Rented Dwellings – Prescribed Hazards and Minimum Standards) (Jersey) Order 2018

Michelle Humphreys-Foott, Senior Environmental Health Technical Officer has advised us that the Department will be holding their next “Breakfast Bites” sessions on Tuesday, 2nd April and Tuesday, 9th April 2019 between 8.30 a.m and 10.30 a.m.  These sessions are open to all landlords and will focus on the safety and tenant welfare aspects and will include guest speakers covering the four proactive measures (smoke detectors, annual gas safety certificates, carbon monoxide detectors and periodic electrical safety) as well as guidance on consumer goods, product recall, registermyapplicance and home energy audits.
